For standard orders placed 24–48 hours before arrival, we guarantee delivery at the time of berthing. For urgent requests, we offer an express service within 4–6 hours depending on port availability.

We supply all vessel types: container ships, bulk carriers, tankers, offshore platforms, fishing vessels, passenger ships and private yachts. Our team adapts to the specific requirements of each vessel and each crew.

Yes. We handle duty-free bonded stores including tobacco, alcohol, and beverages in full compliance with customs regulations. All documentation (C13, ship's stores declaration) is managed by our team.

We accept bank transfer (T/T), cash, and on-account payments for approved shipping companies. For new clients, a proforma invoice is issued prior to delivery. We work with major currencies: USD, EUR, and XOF.

All safety equipment we supply (life jackets, fire extinguishers, flares, EPIRB, etc.) meets SOLAS, IMO and MED certification requirements. We provide full documentation and certificates of conformity upon delivery.
